Hammer Strength Select Pectoral Fly

The Hammer Strength Select Pectoral Fly is a fundamental part of the strength training progression. The arms pivot to accommodate various users, the built-in foot bar enhances user stabilization, and the five-position adjustable start mechanism is for individual range-of-motion preferences.
